How do I create an account, and subscribe to a product?

Setting up your Agile EP account consists of creating your firm account, purchasing the appropriate product subscriptions, and—if applicable—adding users and assigning subscriptions. Following the steps in the order below will ensure that subscriptions and access are configured correctly.

Create Your Firm Account

To create your firm's Agile EP account:

  • Go to our drafting platform site: https://agile.xpressdox.com
  • Create a new account using your firm information and email address.
  • Once logged in, you will be directed to the Store.

Select a Product and a Subscription Type

Access to Agile EP drafting templates is controlled through product subscriptions. Our Store has four products avilaable for subscription at this time. From the Store, you may either begin with a free trial or purchase a subscription immediately.

Product Options

Our software subscriptions offer state-specific estate planning for Washington and Oregon lawyers, as well as probate drafting for Washington State. For an overview of each product, see the following articles:

Free Trial Option

During the 14-day trial period, you can:

  • Draft documents without limitations
  • Add multiple users
  • Assign trial subscriptions
  • Configure your account fully

During the trial, we recommend entering your Firm and Attorney Information when directed to that page.

Paid Subscription Option

To subscribe immediately:

  • Select the Agile EP product you want to use
  • Click Subscribe
  • Choose a monthly or annual plan
  • Select the number of subscriptions needed
  • Complete payment
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Enter your Firm and Attorney Information

If you have multiple firm users:

If you have more that one person in the firm interested in a subscription, you'll need to add additional users and then assign subscriptions to them.

Add Additional Users

If more than one person at your firm will draft documents, you will need to add them as users.

  • Navigate to Manage > My Users
  • Click Add User
  • Enter the user’s name and email address
  • Leave the External ID field blank
  • Click Save

The new user will receive an email prompting them to set a password. Repeat for each drafting user.

Assign Subscriptions to All Users

After users have been added, subscriptions must be assigned in order to access templates in the Library.

  • Navigate to Manage > Subscriptions
  • Locate the subscribed product
  • Click Assign Users
  • Assign the subscription to each drafting user
