Estate Planning Questionnaire Updates:

For Washington and Oregon Users:

• The first page of the Questionnaire workflow has been updated for clarity. This page serves as instructions to our users and is not visible to user’s clients once the interview is shared.
• The overall font style of the Questionniare has been updated given reports of font inconsistencies when accessing our system on Macs.  This style update will be made throughout our products in the coming weeks.

• A "Submit Answers" tab has been added to all client-facing questionnaires to clarify and provide instructions to clients regarding completion of their questionnaire.
  

  
  

• Clients can now enter information in questionnaire tabs in any order. Previous restrictions requiring completion in order have been removed.

• When sending a questionnaire link to a client via the “Xpressdox” option in the Questionniare workflow, the Agile EP system sends an email directly to the client.  The subject line in the system generated email has been changed from “Interview Share Link” to “Questionnaire Link.”

Changes to All Documents For Washington and Oregon Users:

Minor Children/no DOB Required

Date of birth is no longer a required field for children. If you don't add a date of birth, it won't appear in the family section of documents. However, you must indicate whether each child is a minor—this is necessary because having minor children triggers all provisions related to guardianships. Note that the system will require you to complete this step before you can assemble documents.
