August 5, 2026 New Templates: Irrevocable Gift Trust, Notice of Withdrawal Right, and Status of Property Agreement

For Washington and Oregon Users:

• New document template: Irrevocable Gift Trust. A complete irrevocable gift trust and trustee provisions, current and remainder beneficiary structures, and withdrawal (Crummey) rights that pair with the new Notice of Withdrawal Right.
• New template: Notice of Withdrawal Right (Crummey notice). Generates a personalized withdrawal notice for each beneficiary of an irrevocable trust — the withdrawal amount, a deadline computed automatically from the contribution date, and representative language for minor beneficiaries. For trusts created in the Agile system, load the trust's saved answers and the trust name, trustees, and beneficiaries prefill. A second version is available under Miscellaneous Forms for irrevocable trusts drafted outside our system — enter the trust name and trustees directly, no saved answer file needed.

For Washington Users:

• New template: Status of Property Agreement. Available under Other Trusts and Miscellaneous Forms. Spouses confirm that listed community property is converted to the separate property of each, one-half each — often used before one spouse funds an irrevocable trust. Enter one or more assets; a single asset reads inline in the agreement and multiple assets appear as a lettered list.
