June 16th - New Plan Summary Review Templates Launched

For Washington and Oregon Users:

• New: Package Review sheets for all plan types. A review summary that opens in your browser alongside your generated package — a one-page QC snapshot of the plan's key selections and parties. Now available for every Will, Revocable Trust, and Joint Revocable Trust package, covering married, committed-partner, and single plans.
• Descendants' trust wording harmonized. Distribution-standard provisions in descendants' trusts now use consistent wording across the Will, Revocable Trust, and Joint Revocable Trust, and "separate trusts at age" structures now correctly apply the age-25 mandatory-income provision.
